Yellowstone Select – A Bourbon Rich in Kentucky Tradition
What Makes Yellowstone Select Special?
Crafted by Paul and Steve Beam, Yellowstone Select Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a marriage of two high-rye bourbons — one aged 4 years and another 7 years. The goal was simple: to create a bourbon that perfectly balances spice and sweetness, honoring Kentucky’s deep whiskey-making heritage.
The result is a well-rounded bourbon with a bold rye spice upfront, followed by smooth caramel, melted butter, and cherries, finishing with rich brown sugar and clove. It’s a bourbon that connects past and present, making each sip a true celebration of Kentucky craftsmanship.

About Yellowstone Bourbon
The Yellowstone brand traces its roots to the late 1800s, when distiller J.B. Dant created the original recipe. Partnering with the Beam family, Yellowstone thrived during Prohibition and beyond, becoming one of Kentucky’s iconic bourbons.
Though it changed ownership over time, the brand was revived by Luxco and the Limestone Branch Distillery, reconnecting with its Beam family heritage. Today, Yellowstone Select pays tribute to this legacy with a bourbon that honors its storied past.
Why Bourbon Is America’s Spirit
Bourbon must be made with at least 51% corn and bottled at 40% ABV or higher. While it can be produced anywhere in the U.S., Kentucky remains the gold standard. Yellowstone Select is proof that tradition, history, and flavor can live in one timeless bourbon.
